Dear Customer, thank you for contacting us. Did you add it via Bluetooth? If so, we recommend selecting “Other” during the pairing process. The “Other” code library includes Home, Homepage, and Home1 buttons. You can test each button individually to see if they work.

I also have the same issue on all of my U2's. Each U2 has it's on list of devices. U2 needs to "wake up" before buttons work. If it is woken up by "motion" then all is ok. If it is woken up by button press, I need to press the button again.
I have managed to get everything to work besides the home button - how do I get that to work?
